Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager, the Group Sales Manager drives revenue by developing strong connections with corporate clients, accommodation partners, and tour operators. Your objectives include maximizing repeat bookings and responding to diverse group inquiries. Through collaborative efforts with various resort departments, you aim to achieve sales targets while promoting the resort as a top destination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive confirmed business from inquiries for events and meetings
• Maintain accurate records in the sales management system
• Cultivate relationships with key strategic partners
• Proactively seek new business through networking and referrals
• Develop initiatives to boost year-round group sales
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics
• Experience in managing client relationships and bookings
• Valid driver’s license for travel and events
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
