Position: Dynamic Resort Group Sales Manager
Join our resort as a Dynamic Group Sales Manager focused on year-round revenue growth and exceptional client service. This full-time role is pivotal in building lasting partnerships and driving sales success.

As Group Sales Manager, you'll report to the Hotel General Manager and engage with group organizers, corporate clients, and industry partners to drive sales initiatives. Your responsibilities include responding to inquiries for events and weddings while creating tailored strategies to enhance the resort's market presence. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert inquiries into confirmed group business

• Keep detailed records of sales activities and communication

• Foster strong relationships with accommodation and event partners

• Identify opportunities through networking and sales calls

• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and customer service

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Ability to travel for industry events and trade shows

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Clean driver’s abstract for travel needs
