About the Role  Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead their team in Kimberley . This leadership role is responsible for setting sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth across the Northern Cape region. You will provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to ensure the team achieves its targets. This hybrid role involves a combination of strategic planning and team leadership within the office, alongside field engagement and client relationship building, crucial for success in the diverse market of the Northern Cape .

Key Responsibilities   Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and report on key metrics to senior management.
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead management and deal progression.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners in the Kimberley area.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
Requirements   5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or team leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution abilities.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Deep understanding of the sales process and market dynamics in the Northern Cape .
