Pro Ampac is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead accounting and FP&A for a major manufacturing site. This role partners with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, guide strategic initiatives, and oversee close, GL, cost accounting, budgeting and analytics.
The successful candidate will drive inventory working capital improvements, manage audits, and deliver timely site and consolidated financial reporting, while communicating with senior leadership.
