Director of Operations – Denver, CO

Rogers Behavioral Health , a nationally recognized leader in Behavioral Health, is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and oversee our newest clinic within the Rogers System in Denver, Colorado. Rogers treats both adults and adolescents for trauma recovery, depression recovery, addiction recovery, mental health recovery, OCD and anxiety. The Director of Operations is responsible for employee engagement, census management, and budget management.
Oursuccessful candidate will bring:
- Experience leading a large team in behavioral health or in a health care hospital or clinic setting
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly establish positive working relationships across all levels of the organization and in the community
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Responsible for proper staffing levels, timely recruitment of high-quality candidates, proper training of new employees, employee development, and employee satisfaction within the workplace
- Partners with Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisors, and Associate Medical Director to ensure patient satisfaction goals
- Partners with marketing team to identify new business opportunities and promote Rogers services
- Responsible for managing outpatient budget and for reporting out monthly KPI’s
- Provide project update summaries to senior leadership
- Responsible for overseeing and assuring compliance of Federal, State, and Joint Commission regulatory guidelines
- Ensures continuity of operations and care with Rogers policies and procedures
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
- Master’s degree in business administration, health care administration, behavioral health, or related field
- Min of 3 years of leadership experience in behavioral health
- Ability to quickly build relationships with people
- Strong analytical skills to drive strategy, execution, evaluation
- Able to adapt to changing situations and problem solve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare agency regulations, such as Joint Commission, State and Federal
- Proficient with Microsoft products(Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID unless approved for medical/religious exemption
Salary: $-$, starting to mid-point annual salary.
