• Full strategic and operational responsibility for the Kimberly, Wisconsin site
• Co-development and implementation of an ambitious growth strategy focused on customer value and market impact
• Build, expand and maintain a strong network across the U.S. paper industry, including paper mills and OEMs
• Lead and collaborate with an experienced, long-standing team committed to excellence in quality and service
• Strengthen our position as a leading provider of wear-optimized and ROI-baesd integrated systems
• Continuously develop and optimize processes for scalability, efficiency and customer success
• Align business strategy and execution closely with the parent company in Austria

• Several years of leadership experience in the paper industry, ideally in a Managing Director or senior executive role
• Deep understanding of the industry and a solid network within U.S. paper mills and OEMs
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to shape and grow a business
• Solid understanding of industrial value creation
• Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop a highly skilled team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
