What You'll Do
  • Provide Exceptional Service
    :
    Greet every guest and offer personalized recommendations to ensure they have the best cafe experience.
  • Barista Expertise
    :
    Prepare coffee and other beverages quickly, consistently, and with care, following recipes.
  • Customer Satisfaction
    :
    Take guest orders and payments efficiently, while solving any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain Cleanliness
    :
    Keep supplies stocked, floors clean, and the coffee shop organized for a smooth operation.
  • Support the Team
    :
    Prepare products for other shifts and assist in stocking and organizing supplies.
  • Food Safety
    :
    Conduct temperature checks and complete food safety logs to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Honor Commitments
    :
    Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
  • Support the Team
    :
    Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Able to reach, lift, stack and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Equipment operation (intercom, telephone, scanner, register, scale, blender, coffee maker, espresso machine, coffee grinder)
Work Schedule

The Caribou Clerk is a full-time or part-time position. The work schedule may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
