Elipticon Wood Products is growing, and we are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead and expand our AWI-focused business segment.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a driven salesperson with proven experience selling wood products, millwork, architectural components, or commercial building materials to large construction and building companies.
The right candidate understands the commercial construction environment, knows AWI standards and specifications, and has a track record of building strong customer relationships that produce measurable sales growth.
What You’ll Do- Lead sales growth efforts for Elipticon’s AWI product line.
- Develop and grow relationships with contractors, builders, architects, distributors, and commercial construction firms.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
- Manage projects and opportunities from prospecting through quote conversion.
- Collaborate with Operations and internal teams to ensure customer success.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline and accurate sales forecasting.
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in wood products, millwork, commercial cabinetry, building materials, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of AWI standards and commercial construction processes.
- Proven success selling into large construction or commercial accounts.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Experience managing multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously.

At Elipticon, we are building a growth-focused organization centered around customer partnerships, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Competitive base salary $70,000 - $80,000, plus performance-based commission structure
