Job Description & How to Apply Below
Join the Team Powering the Region's Fueling Infrastructure!
Installer / Construction Technician
Based in Wisconsin, serving the Upper Peninsula of Michigan & Northern Illinois
Full-Time | Field-Based |
Energi Tech Services has been a trusted leader in petroleum equipment installation and service for decades. We build and support the infrastructure that keeps our region moving - from retail gas stations to commercial fueling facilities and automotive shops.
We're looking for hands-on professionals who thrive on building things right the first time, take pride in precision work, and enjoy solving real-world problems in the field.
What You'll Do
As an Installer / Construction Technician, you'll work independently and as part of a tight-knit team to install and maintain critical fueling systems. Your work will directly impact communities and industries across Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, and Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
You'll get to:
• Tackle full-scope installation projects - from underground tanks to complex piping systems.
• Operate excavation and concrete-cutting equipment.
• Thread, cut, and install steel and flexible piping.
• Set up hydraulic lubrication systems and tanks.
• Perform fabrication and welding tasks (with training if needed).
• Manage materials, tools, and inventory on-site.
• Stay connected and organized through digital job tracking and communication tools.
• Travel to a variety of job sites, with occasional overnight stays during peak construction season.
What You Bring
We're looking for people with mechanical aptitude, pride in craftsmanship, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate has:
• A valid driver's license and a safe driving record
• Experience in construction, plumbing, welding, or mechanical systems (or eagerness to be trained!)
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
• A collaborative spirit and great communication skills
What We Offer
We invest in our people because they're the reason we've been trusted for decades.
Benefits include:
• 401(k) with company match
• Health, dental & vision insurance
• Life insurance
• Paid time off and holidays
• Training & advancement opportunities in a growing industry
Be Part of Something Built to Last
At Energi Tech Services, you won't just punch a clock - you'll build the systems that keep fuel flowing safely and efficiently. If you like seeing the results of your hard work, every single day, we want to meet you.
