The Mill Person Warehouseman Trainee person will perform various mill duties to support the organization. This is hands-on physical position.

• None

• Mixes feed or seed.
• Aids in the operation and maintenance of mill equipment sacks and stacks mill products.
• Performs cleanup duties.
• Observes and reports changes in product quality.
• Operates forklift, assists in the loading and unloading of trucks and railcars.
• Assists customers if necessary.
• Performs other duties as needed and/or directed by his/her supervisor.
• Adheres to and upholds Company policies and procedures.

• Must be able to operate a forklift and other lifting equipment.
• Ability to adhere to all Company Safety initiatives and requirements.

• Experience preferred but not required. Will train the right individual.

• Prolonged periods of walking and standing.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
• Ability to work with exposure to noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as, but not limited to gloves, harness, respirator, eye protection and/or ear protection.
• Outside weather conditions.
