• Deliver direct patient care in the emergency department, including triage, initial assessment, vitals monitoring, and treatment administration
• Manage rapidly changing patient conditions, initiate life‑saving interventions, and elevate care as needed
• Administer medications and therapies per physician orders; monitor for adverse reactions
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff to develop and adjust patient care plans
• Document care and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record; ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and participate in shift handoffs

• Active, unencumbered California RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of ER or acute care nursing experience
• Ability to work nights and participate in a travel assignment
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Eligibility to complete facility credentialing and onboarding process
