Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med-surg Adult

As a Travel Registered Nurse specializing in med‑surg adult care, you will be responsible for providing patient care in a hospital setting while traveling to various locations across the United States. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to hospital policies and procedures.

• Conduct physical assessments and administer medications to adult patients in a med‑surg setting
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and assess patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of med‑surg adult nursing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel and work in different healthcare settings
