Senior Accountant

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for multiple entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Oversee accounting for property operations, development activity, capital expenditures, and asset‑level reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and assist with internal and external reporting requirements.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in accordance with GAAP.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow analysis for active and planned real estate projects.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate financial tracking of projects and operational performance.
• Assist with tax preparation support, audit schedules, and coordination with external auditors.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting efficiency, and internal controls.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to leadership to support business decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA required or actively pursuing CPA strongly preferred.
• Big 4 or public accounting experience preferred, especially with real estate, private equity, or investment‑focused clients.
