Accounting Manager – Mortgage Co, - King of Prussia, PA (1 day onsite) – $115K +
Hands-on, Accounting Manager opportunity managing the accounting processes (not people) of growing mortgage lender. Manage GL accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, and cash flow analysis. No direct reports to start. Future leadership opportunities as the company continues to scale.
Responsibilities – Accounting Manager- Manage all accounting operations; general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting
- Lead month-end close, prepare reports, and analyze budget vs. actual and month-over-month variances
- Prepare, review, and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Assist with tax schedules, filings, and year-end audits
- Manage cash flow and ensure records comply with GAAP
- Support other finance and administrative functions as needed
- 5+ years of accounting and reporting experience in a mortgage company
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
