Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly by performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and customer service tasks. Prior legal experience is a plus, but not required.
- Oversee clerical tasks, including sorting and sending mail and other communications in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to requests and resolve office-related malfunctions efficiently
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessary
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files
- Greet and assist visitors upon arrival at the office
- Ensure smooth and effective daily office operations
- Provide general administrative support, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, ideally in an administrative or clerical role
- Prior legal experience is a plus but not mandatory
