Intouch Med Supply is seeking a multiple Client Coordinators for immediate placement. This position is an integral part of supporting our patients, providers and outside sales team. At InTouch Med supply we put our patients and providers first in meeting and exceeding their expectations around care and knowledge of their supplies.

What You’ll Do

As a Client Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in assisting clients, providers, and our internal team with their medical supply needs. You’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for patients, helping them reorder supplies, process insurance information, and ensure they receive the equipment they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in identifying and ordering necessary equipment and supplies, including safe usage and maintenance instructions.
  • Handle inbound calls for reorders, general questions, and provider support.
  • Collect and enter insurance coverage information.
  • Accurately process reorders, change orders, force-orders, and prescription changes.
  • Manage exchanges, swaps, and exceptions with discretion.
  • Explain insurance authorization processes and navigate Home Health episode billing situations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the client services team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be capable of sound and mature judgment.
  • Possess excellent telephone skills and an ability to interact with clients.
  • Literate and comfortable using multiple pieces of software and adept at learning new software quickly.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum one-year call center or sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent with additional college preferred.
  • Prior knowledge of the medical field, with experience in home health care preferred.
