Canvas Valley Forge, a luxury 55+ active adult community in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking an experienced Activities & Life Enrichment Coordinator to help shape an exceptional lifestyle experience for our residents.

What You’ll Do Lifestyle & Programming Leadership
  • Develop and oversee all resident activities
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct programs that provide physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual enrichment
  • Create and manage and execute a dynamic, engaging monthly calendar of events
Event Execution
  • Attend all community functions and coordinate events from start to finish — including set-up, facilitation, and breakdown
  • Deliver polished, well‑executed experiences that reflect our luxury brand
Marketing & Social Engagement
  • Collaborate on marketing and social events under the supervision of the Property Manager
  • Support event promotion through social media and digital platforms
Community Presence
  • Be a visible, energetic presence in the community
  • Foster strong resident relationships and encourage participation
Schedule

Standard office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm. Due to the nature of this role,
evening and weekend hours are required as needed for planned events and special programming.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in recreation, sociology, psychology, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a senior living or active adult setting preferred
  • Event planning experience preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canva
  • Experience with social media marketing and digital engagement
  • Demonstrated creativity and ability to design engaging experiences
  • Exceptional organization and consensus‑building skills
