Canvas Valley Forge, a luxury 55+ active adult community in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking an experienced Activities & Life Enrichment Coordinator to help shape an exceptional lifestyle experience for our residents.

What You’ll Do Lifestyle & Programming Leadership- Develop and oversee all resident activities
- Plan, schedule, and conduct programs that provide physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual enrichment
- Create and manage and execute a dynamic, engaging monthly calendar of events
- Attend all community functions and coordinate events from start to finish — including set-up, facilitation, and breakdown
- Deliver polished, well‑executed experiences that reflect our luxury brand
- Collaborate on marketing and social events under the supervision of the Property Manager
- Support event promotion through social media and digital platforms
- Be a visible, energetic presence in the community
- Foster strong resident relationships and encourage participation
Standard office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm. Due to the nature of this role,
evening and weekend hours are required as needed for planned events and special programming.
- Associate’s degree in recreation, sociology, psychology, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a senior living or active adult setting preferred
- Event planning experience preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canva
- Experience with social media marketing and digital engagement
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to design engaging experiences
- Exceptional organization and consensus‑building skills
