Culligan Quench, a leading Water‑as‑a‑Service company, are seeking Summer Interns to gain hands‑on experience supporting real business operations in a fast‑growing organization. This 10‑week internship provides the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain exposure to how a national service organization operates. Interns will contribute to initiatives that support how Culligan Quench delivers sustainable water solutions to thousands of businesses across North America.

While not required, candidates located near King of Prussia, PA are preferred so they can participate in our in‑person events.

• Supporting operational and business initiatives across teams
• Assisting with process improvement and efficiency projects
• Analyzing data to identify trends and insights
• Supporting reporting, documentation, and project coordination
• Conducting research and presenting findings to team members
• Participating in intern development sessions and team meetings

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to commit 30–40 hours per week for the full program
• Strong interest in business operations, analytics, or process improvement
• Majors in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations or related fields are well aligned
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a remote and collaborative environment
