Construction Crew Members - Commercial Pools

Company Overview Our company is the leading and largest commercial swimming pool construction, service and sales company in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. With over 40 years of tradition, our reputation is unparalleled throughout the industry Summary Our Commercial Construction Crews will be responsible for a wide range of hands on duties/jobs onsite at our construction projects. We are currently looking for Crew Members to join our team.

We will consider qualified individuals for Assistant Foreman and Foreman roles as well Qualifications Previous commercial construction experience required Previous pool construction and/or service experience preferred, not required. Excavation, backfill, stone bases, etc… Operating small to mid-size construction equipment Structural Concrete knowledge:
Forming, Rebar, Pouring of Concrete (Note that MLCP will subcontract Shotcrete and large concrete pours) PVC Plumbing knowledge: PVC sch 40 and 80 plumbing up to 14” diameter Location 100% on construction site Estimated 75% of projects are travel (over 1 hr from residence), 25% local projects Region of work is within 5hrs of our office with the average distance in the 2-3 hr range.

Additional pay available for employees able to work full-time remote based. Local projects are paid for onsite work only Travel projects are projects where overnight stay is required. Employee is required to be capable of travel to and from all work, including travel project by his own means. Valid drivers license and personal vehicle is not a requirement but is strongly recommended.

Travel Projects Option One:
Must be willing to either:
Relocate to the area of the job for the duration of the job OR work 2 weeks on and then 3-4 days home. Region of work is within 5-10 hour radius of our office. Take home company vehicle is provided at Foreman level. Benefits:
Perdiem paid weekly, Travel bonus (discretionary and taxed and added to payroll check) All hotel rooms are single occupancy and paid for by MLCP Additional pay available for employees able to work full-time remote based. Option Two:
Local projects are paid for onsite work only Travel projects are projects where overnight stay is required. Schedule typically 4 days on, 3 days off. Employee is required to be capable of travel to and from all work, including travel project by his own means. Valid drivers license is a requirement. Take home company vehicle is provided at Foreman level.
