Tiello has partnered with a highly successful General Contractor in the King of Prussia, PA area on their search for a Assistant Project Manager with experience in commercial work projects
. Working closely with seasoned Project Managers, you will help guide projects from concept through completion, ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and operational excellence.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Track project progress and provide timely updates on schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are met
- Assist with managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and schedules
- Facilitate clear communication among internal teams and external stakeholders to proactively resolve issues
- Help prepare project reports and presentations for leadership and clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction or project management
- Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project timelines
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities
