Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a Building and Construction Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in the King of Prussia area.

This role offers an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered successfully. Description Assist Project Managers with the planning and execution of construction projects. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control efforts. Coordinate subcontractor contracts, change orders, and project documentation. Track project schedules and help ensure key milestones are met. Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project reports. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Assist with procurement activities and material tracking. Collaborate with field teams to address project issues and maintain workflow. Support project closeout activities and final documentation requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of construction project management experience or relevant internship experience. Understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and estimating principles.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
