Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment in accordance with guidelines.;
Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.;
Handle collection efforts of all in-house balances and maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.;
Set up, maintain, and take down breakfast display; keep front desk, lobby, and public areas clean and organized.;
Sell the value of ESA and convert inquiries into reservations while providing excellent guest service.
