Pay Range $18.13-$25.90 Per Hr

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Maintain availability within the phone system for at least 8 hours daily to handle incoming contacts.
• Analyze problems, provide initial resolutions, or escalate issues as needed.
• Document customer issues in a ticketing system and manage the ticket lifecycle.
• Support mobile applications and participate in user acceptance testing for new software releases.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong customer service skills, adaptable to users of all skill levels.
• Working knowledge of general operating systems and office software.
• Ability to follow procedures and quickly learn proprietary applications.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related IT environment or customer service role.
