Spavia King of Prussia is seeking a Spa Coordinator to join our team! We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in King of Prussia, PA. Spavia guests enjoy luxurious spa amenities along with a full variety of award-winning treatments. We provide a full variety of massage, skin care, spray tanning, full body waxing, mineral makeup, body wraps/scrubs, and now offering eyelash extensions!

Spa Coordinators are crucial in creating an exceptional experience for every guest at every moment of their visit: advance reservations, greeting guests, checking guests in and out, maintaining a beautiful spa, and selling products and memberships.

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Membership, spa boutique, and product sales
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Checking guests in and out and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions
• Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
• Provide education to guests regarding our Spavia story, our spa boutique products and items, and our treatments offered for optimal results
• Maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Willingness to work as a team player to proactively support the spa’s needs
• Attention to detail in all aspects of spa coordinators responsibilities

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Sales experience/retail experience
• Be proficient with computers
• Self motivated
• Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
• Professional, team player with a positive attitude who maintains a clean, professional appearance and contributes to maintaining a clean spa
• Be able to speak articulately, multitask, and must be organized, detail-oriented, friendly, and patient
• Have great customer service skills and the desire to promote health and wellness benefits to guests through our membership program
• Advocate a drug and alcohol-free work place
• Be able to work weekends and have reliable transportation
• Have a willingness to give back to our community and occasionally participate in spavia™ community events
