Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between field construction teams and office-based site civil/LA design staff.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, MEPF engineers, construction managers, and contractors during construction.
- Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders; attend recurring construction meetings and perform site visits.
- Monitor construction progress and verify compliance with design intent, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare site civil and landscape architecture designs, including grading, stormwater management, utilities, roadways, drainage, and erosion control.
- Support project oversight, technical documentation, cost estimates, feasibility studies, and permitting.
- Assist with land use and zoning processes and mentor junior staff as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in site/civil and landscape architecture design with construction administration exposure.
- Experience with public-sector projects and familiarity with municipal, DEP, and DOT permitting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD;
Civil 3D experience preferred. - Strong understanding of bid and construction documentation and processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
