SUMMARY

Civil Engineer Mid-Level – Land Development

We are looking for an individual with 4+ years of experience, depending on area of expertise in land development, concept plan preparation, site design, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control design.

• Grade sites and design post‑construction stormwater management systems.
• Use Civil 3D to prepare alignments, surfaces, cut profiles, and generate contours.
• Assist the Senior Engineer in procuring municipal Land Development and NPDES approvals, including researching regulations and attending agency meetings.
• Coordinate with project teams across multiple offices on design, permitting and construction components.
• Prepare technical reports and plans to acquire permits and permit modifications during construction.
• Research permit requirements and local regulations.
• Provide support and assist senior team members.

• 4+ years of experience in utility design and/or land development, concept plan preparation, site design, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• BSCE degree.
• EIT certification is preferred. PE is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
