As a Contracts Administrator, a typically day might include:
- Preparing customer contracts/documents, including some independent drafting and negotiating within established guidelines.
- Preparing contract summaries and communicating with project and sales teams.
- Communicating with both internal and other parties to resolve issues with proposed contracts.
- Delivering training to internal customers as required.
- Effectively using contract management systems including report generation, maintenance, project updates, and authorizations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- You have 3+ years' experience drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating contracts
- Have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- You are detail oriented, organized, and can work autonomously.

Pay Range: $76,100 - $112,400 annually
We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the Contract Administrator II level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
