Lockheed Martin is advancing next-generation command and control capabilities to support critical missions through scalable, data-driven systems. You will join the Enterprise Mission C2 (EMC2) organization leading a team that develops the Mission Planner Module (MPM) and supports Radar Control Processor (RCP) design engineering. These engineers develop radar modeling, scene modeling, signal construction, signal processing, and radar control processing components within simulation and digital twin environments – in support of the Maritime & Missile Defense Radar Products (MMDR) in Valley Forge, PA.

We are seeking an experienced Full Spectrum Leader with experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams working toward varying objectives. As a Full Spectrum Leader, you will be responsible for leading an organization of 7-12 high-performing engineers to incrementally deliver capabilities across the MPM and RCP portfolios.

• Oversee the systems and software engineering efforts of the Mission Planner Module (MPM), delivering high performance and mature requirements, test procedures, and C++ software for radar modeling, scene modeling, signal construction and processing, and radar control processing components.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute supporting roadmaps across both engineering teams, while identifying resource, staffing, and capability needs.
• Participate in technical reviews to foster a continuous improvement mindset and strengthen the quality of delivered artifacts.
• This Manager will be responsible for ensuring that appropriate engineering processes, technical personnel, and design tools are applied and managed.
• Technical leadership of portfolio tasking, from development through on-site participation in real-world demonstration events.
