Acquisitions Analyst

• Build financial models and conduct property-level underwriting for new and existing investments
• Analyze market data, review due diligence materials, and prepare investment committee materials
• Support quarterly valuations, portfolio analytics, and distribution waterfall modeling
• Assist with mortgage debt solicitation, analysis, and reporting
• Help identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities across value-add and core strategies

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate financial analysis or investment banking
• Advanced Excel skills
• Must have very strong DCF analysis experience
