You join our Compliance & Internal Control team within the Compliance & Internal Control Department of VEGA IS, which is looking for a Compliance & Internal Control Officer F/H, for an alternation of 1 or 2 years from September 2026
.

Within the Compliance & Internal Control Department of VEGA IS composed of 9 people, you will be under the responsibility of the Controls & Compliance Manager, and in relation to the following services:
Management, Middle Office, General Secretariat, General Direction, Risks, Development... You participate in the implementation of the management company’s control system and its improvement.

The missions will be rich and varied and will notably focus on second-level controls such as monitoring market abuse signals, regulatory and statutory threshold crossings, the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing or the compliance of management mandates signed by clients but also on control missions on order processing, the turnover rate of portfolios. The scope covers all VEGA IS management expertise across all asset classes (equities, interest rate products, multi-management).

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Monitoring market abuse, monitoring threshold crossings;
• Filtering third parties in connection with sanctions (OFAC, embargo...);
• Monitoring compliance with regulatory obligations related to sustainable finance (SFDR, Taxonomy);
• The monitoring of entries in relation to management under mandate, and partners, including in particular controls related to anti-money laundering;
• The monitoring control of the invested values / short listed;
• The follow-up of recommendations issued during inspections...

Student at the BAC+5 level, you are preparing a university or business school degree, with a specialization in Finance, Audit or Compliance.
You have solid financial knowledge and are aiming for a career in Compliance and Internal Control.
You master office tools (Excel with VBA preferably, Access, Power BI, Word), and you benefit from a developed financial and mathematical sensitivity.
You are very rigorous, dynamic, with a good spirit of analysis and synthesis.
You possess good writing skills as well as relational qualities and a real team spirit.
