Universal Health Services - - - Responsibilities:
Facilitate referrals between referring mobile crisis agencies, hospitals and other referral sources in support of call center operations;
Oversee the assessment, referral and admission activities of the department;
Provide telephonic and in person assessments, initial contact with referral sources and potential clients;
Coordinate the referral and intake process;
Determine appropriate level of care and maintain communication with referral sources, families, clients and unit staff
