Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $19-$22 per hour with bonus potential up to $6,000.

Responsibilities

Responsible for day‑to‑day administrative functions for busy clinics: document management, tracking people and items, and internal/external communication with referral sources.

Provide support for inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.

Become a subject‑matter expert on autism to help others understand our services.

Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations manager and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

Positive, contagious attitude ready to engage families.

Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations or related areas.

Passion for work benefit ting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and families.

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
