ResponsibilitiesResponsible for day‑to‑day administrative functions for busy clinics: document management, tracking people and items, and internal/external communication with referral sources.
Provide support for inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
Become a subject‑matter expert on autism to help others understand our services.
Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations manager and clinical leadership.

QualificationsPositive, contagious attitude ready to engage families.
Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations or related areas.

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
