The Corporate Information Services team is seeking a dynamic and talented Application Analyst Intern - Supply Chain Data Analytics.

The Corporate Supply Chain team at UHS is looking for motivated professionals to join our cutting edge team and implement technology solutions to improve healthcare quality and safety, improve patient care, and engage patients and their families in their healthcare.

As an Application Analyst Intern - Supply Chain Data Analytics you will have the opportunity to work on real‑time and meaningful projects, develop your technical skills, collaborate and network with various teams, and receive mentorship.

• Participates in lunch and learn sessions to collaborate on UHS Supply Chain priorities.
• Participates in IS Supply Chain projects.
• Shadows Information Services Supply Chain employees to learn the different roles.
• Gains familiarity with different healthcare Supply Chain systems.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related degree from an accredited college or university. Student must be rising into senior year (at minimum, must have first semester of junior year completed).
• Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic experience with SQL Server, data analytics, data integration, and/or data mining is preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Desire to learn and share ideas in a collaborative work environment
