• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment and behavioral health management practices
• Prior psychiatric leadership experience in roles such as Program Director, Executive Director, or Clinical and Operations Manager
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management
• Must be willing and open to relocation

• Strong experience in "for profit" healthcare settings
• Familiarity with operations and financial management methods in behavioral health
