• Participate in the general management of the hospital to develop skills for advancing into a CEO position
• Engage in curriculum‑based and hands‑on learning experiences
• Assume varied responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
• Build community partnerships and manage clinical departmental functions

• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment and behavioral health management practices
• Prior psychiatric leadership experience, preferably in roles such as Program Director or Executive Director
• Familiarity with state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health
• Must be willing and open to relocation

• Strong experience in a "for profit" healthcare environment
• Previous experience in clinical and operations management within a Recovery or RTC setting
