Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support employee benefit programs
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert for retirement plans
  • Partner with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth plan operations
  • Assist with annual renewals, audits, and compliance requirements
  • Support benefits communications and employee education initiatives
  • Analyze benefits data and provide insights to improve plan effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations
  • Act as an escalation point for complex benefits and retirement plan questions
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or benefits operations
  • Strong retirement plan experience (401(k), pension, or similar programs required)
  • Experience supporting benefits in mid‑to‑large organizations
  • Solid understanding of benefits compliance and regulations

    Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communicator with both internal teams and external partners
