- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for retirement plans
- Partner with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth plan operations
- Assist with annual renewals, audits, and compliance requirements
- Support benefits communications and employee education initiatives
- Analyze benefits data and provide insights to improve plan effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations
- Act as an escalation point for complex benefits and retirement plan questions
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or benefits operations
- Strong retirement plan experience (401(k), pension, or similar programs required)
- Experience supporting benefits in mid‑to‑large organizations
- Solid understanding of benefits compliance and regulations
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Effective communicator with both internal teams and external partners
