The UHS Corporate Recruitment Department is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to partner with the Corporate Recruitment team, providing full-cycle coordination across intern, corporate staff, and executive level hiring. We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented Recruitment Coordinator who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys building meaningful connections while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Manage complex scheduling, candidate communications, interview logistics (virtual and on-site), travel and expense coordination, background check initiation and tracking, and data accuracy within HR related systems
* Manage and track all new employee onboarding activities including background checks, I-9 verifications, and pre-employment screenings in partnership with HR Operations
* Build effective working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. Provide back up support to Recruitment Coordinators as needed
* Provide administrative support to the Corporate Recruitment department, including interview scheduling, offer letter generation, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment verification/credentialing
* Assist Corporate Recruiters during high-volume periods by reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and helping move applicants through the hiring process
* Monitor, tracks, and reports activity metrics to help identify process improvements
* Support special projects related to enhancing the Corporate Recruiting operations, internship program coordination, and social media recruitment initiatives. Process recruitment related invoices
Qualifications
Associates degree with 3 - 5 years' experience in a recruitment coordinator role is required.
* Prior experience in a large corporate recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, or HR administration supporting role supporting multiple recruiters and hiring teams is preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, consistent follow through, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Professional demeanor with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates
* Prior experience supporting executive-level interview scheduling and travel coordination preferred
* Prior exposure to campus recruiting, intern programs, or career-fair logistics preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel is required
* Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and proactive issue escalation skills
* Accuracy, compliance focused, and committed to consistent processes
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role
