This position is for a Cyber Security Engineer/ISSE to lead cyber execution on the program. You will be the primary interface to the customer, program office, and will coordinate with multiple engineering teams across the program in an Agile team environment. You will interface with Operations, Development, Deployment, and Systems Engineering teams, and will help to derive innovative solutions to complex technical problems to provide our customers with a secure system and new capabilities.

In addition, you will interface and collaborate cross-functionally with government personnel, customer partners, subcontractors, local engineers, and geographically dispersed teammates.

Responsibilities
  • In this role, you will also perform the following:
  • POA&M Workoff Plan & Execution
  • EVSS Admin/System Vulnerability Audit/Analysis/Compliance/Remediation
  • Body of Evidence (BoE) Definition for customer assets as driven by change requests
  • Demonstration Test Plan (DTP) definition and execution
  • System Change Request and Software Build Technical Investigations
  • New and Version Upgraded COTS/GOTS Software Review and Security Risk assessment
  • Daily System Audit Analysis and Log Review
  • IATT/CONOPS definitions and approvals
  • Security Design and Architecture
  • STIG Hardening Guidance
  • Security Test Definition, Execution, and Gov. Witness Testing and Test Report Generation
  • Govt. Audit Support
  • Security Tool Design and System integration Support
Basic Qualifications
  • Must be DoD 8140 Qualified IAT Level II certification or higher.
  • Experience with identification and implementation of cyber requirements using Risk Management Framework methodologies.
  • Experience with DoD cybersecurity requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Desired Skills
    • Engineering and/or CAMEO Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Git Ops tools (Ansible, Packer, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD)
    • Experience with Offensive or Defensive Cyber Operations and respective tools (Snort, Suricata, Zeek/Bro)
    • Experience with Git source control and Gitlab CI/CD Pipelines
    • Experience with Software Assurance (SBOMs, Static Code Analysis)
    • Experience with Zero Trust Architecture to support DoD Mandates
    • Ability to review and provide input to system requirements based on existing cybersecurity posture
    • Develop specialized cyber software solutions and tools based on mission requirements

    The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules:
    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
