- 5+ years of hands‑on Dynamics 365 CE development experience
- Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Experience with Azure Functions development and custom middleware architecture for enterprise integrations
- Experience with additional Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management) for integration patterns
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and ALM for D365 (Azure Dev Ops, solution management
- PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or relevant D365 certification preferred
