- PEGA CSSA or LSA-1 certified developer
- Business Analyst
- Experience related to Pega Rules Engine implementation
- Agile team working
- Desired years of experience : 8+
- Education/ Certifications (Required) : BE
- Certified CSSA Developer related activities for Pega
- Conduct DCO sessions with Client SMEs to capture detail requirements
- Conduct sessions to show working prototypes (processes and screens) – Show & Tell Sessions
- Coordination with offshore and customer
- Graduation
