Program Test Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and implement delivery strategies for offshore testing engagements.
• Drive governance and reporting frameworks for client and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across testing processes and methodologies.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple testing projects across domains (functional, automation, performance, security).
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
• Manage P&L.
• Build and lead high-performing offshore testing teams.
• Conduct resource planning, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client delivery discussions.
• Facilitate regular status updates, reviews, and feedback loops.
• Ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Implement best practices in test management, automation, and Dev Ops integration.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI, GDPR).
• Drive test maturity assessments and process audits.
• Promote adoption of modern testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Test Rail, Tosca).
• Support integration with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing platforms.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Participate and drive transformation initiative.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in IT delivery, with at least 5 years in testing leadership roles.
