The Panther Group is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to support and advance enterprise-wide Dev Sec Ops  operations. This role will focus on maintaining and improving core Dev Sec Ops  tools including Git Lab, Atlassian JIRA, Nexus, and others while driving best practices across the Automation Center of Excellence.

Not open to C2C or third party agencies. No Visa sponsorship for this role. Must be able to get a US Security Clearance if required.

• Maintain, enhance, and support ACOE Dev Sec Ops  tools, including Git Lab, JIRA, Nexus, and other enterprise platforms.
• Drive automation of tool deployments, updates, and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Git Ops workflows.
• Implement and support real-time monitoring, proactive alerting, and reliability practices for Dev Sec Ops  tools.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to improve processes and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Support the transformation of legacy services to modern automated pipelines and code-driven infrastructure designs.
• Serve as a technical mentor, promoting best practices across Dev Sec Ops  and SRE disciplines.

• Infrastructure as Code experience using AWS Cloud Formation or similar tools.
• Experience programmatically interacting with APIs using Shell scripting, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Git Lab and/or Jenkins.
• JIRA administration experience.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud computing fundamentals.
• 5+ years of technical experience across IT disciplines including systems administration, software development, operations, networking, and/or security; or 3 years with a related Master's degree.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

• Experience with AWS Gov Cloud.
• AWS Certifications such as Solutions Architect – Professional, Dev Ops Engineer – Professional, Sys Ops Administrator, or Developer Associate.
• Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, and Active Directory integration.
• Experience contributing to enterprise-wide Dev Sec Ops  standards, governance, and automation strategies.

• Familiarity with AIOps practices including anomaly detection, log analysis automation, predictive alerting, and noise reduction.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into Dev Sec Ops  workflows (e.g., automated code review, documentation generation, incident triage, predictive infrastructure scaling).
• Practical knowledge of AI-enabled observability platforms (e.g., Dynatrace Davis AI, Datadog Watchdog, Splunk ITSI) and leveraging them for intelligent monitoring and alerting.
• Understanding of AI-enhanced Git Lab features for code suggestions, vulnerability analysis, and root cause investigation.
• Exposure to automation orchestration tools like Airflow for workflow and data pipeline automation is a plus.
• Ability to identify when traditional rule-based automation is sufficient versus AI-driven solutions for optimal efficiency and cost savings.
