Business System Analyst

We are seeking an experienced
Business Systems Analyst
to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of business processes with IT systems. This position requires expertise in
SQL
,
technical coding
, and legacy systems, including
Fox Pro
, as well as the ability to effectively bridge business and technology teams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain systems using
  SQL
  ,
  Fox Pro
  , and other required technologies.
• Write, debug, and optimize code to support business operations.
• Enhance and maintain legacy systems to meet evolving business needs.
• Provide functional and technical expertise for system implementations and upgrades.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Develop system workflows and integration solutions for efficient business processes.
• Conduct thorough system testing and support
  User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain detailed system documentation.

• SQL:Advanced skills in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and database operations.
• Fox Pro:Proficiency in developing and maintaining applications using Fox Pro.
• Technical Coding:Expertise in writing, debugging, and optimizing code for application development.
• Techno-Functional
  
  Experience:
  
  Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in
  Computer Science
  ,
  Information Systems
  , or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a
  Business Systems Analyst
  or
  Techno-Functional Consultant
  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience with
  ERP systems
  or enterprise-level application integrations.
• Knowledge of system migration strategies from legacy systems.
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks or methodologies.
