We are seeking an experienced SAP Advanced Track & Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP) Consultant with strong expertise in serialization, traceability, and pharmaceutical supply chain processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP ATTP implementations, global track-and-trace programs, regulatory compliance, and SAP supply chain integrations. This role requires strong functional expertise along with the ability to collaborate with business, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support SAP ATTP implementation and transformation initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of serialization and track-and-trace solutions.
- Work with business, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Support compliance with global pharmaceutical serialization and traceability regulations.
- Manage project activities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with SAP ERP, warehouse, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP ATTP solutions.
- Support solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Provide guidance and best practices related to serialization, traceability, and supply chain visibility.
- Identify risks and issues and support appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support stakeholder communication and project governance activities.
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and delivery excellence.
- 12–15+ years of SAP and Supply Chain experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Advanced Track & Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP).
- Proven experience with serialization and traceability implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and life sciences supply chain processes.
- Experience integrating SAP ATTP with SAP ERP and other supply chain systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse processes.
- Experience supporting global pharmaceutical transformation programs.
- Strong project and program management capabilities.
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Experience leading large-scale global SAP ATTP transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Experience with SAP supply chain and manufacturing integrations.
- Experience working with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
- Experience with global life sciences or pharmaceutical organizations.
