We are seeking a highly experienced SAP aATP Senior Manager to lead business transformation initiatives focused on Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) and Order Fulfillment processes within SAP S/4

HANA environments. This role will be responsible for defining solution strategy, driving program execution, and partnering with business and technology leaders to optimize order commitment, inventory utilization, and customer fulfillment capabilities.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP aATP, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Supply Chain Planning, and S/4

HANA transformations, coupled with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP aATP solutions across global transformation programs.
• Define and drive strategies for Product Availability Check (PAC), Backorder Processing (BOP), Product Allocation (PAL), Supply Protection, and Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC).
• Partner with business stakeholders to optimize order fulfillment, supply allocation, and customer service levels.
• Drive solution architecture, process design, and governance for SAP S/4
  
  HANA Order Fulfillment initiatives.
• Manage delivery execution, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple work streams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and OTC teams to ensure end-to-end business alignment.
• Provide thought leadership and best practices to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Mentor teams and contribute to capability development within the SAP Supply Chain practice.

• 15+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain and Order Fulfillment solutions.
• Extensive expertise in SAP S/4
  
  HANA aATP and related fulfillment processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP OTC, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, and Logistics Execution.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP transformation and implementation programs.
• Experience engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders in global organizations.

A strategic and results-oriented leader who combines deep SAP aATP expertise with strong business transformation and program leadership capabilities to deliver optimized order fulfillment, improved customer commitment reliability, and enhanced supply chain performance across complex enterprise environments.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $64.72/hour - $101.13/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
