We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant with 9+ years of SAP Finance and Controlling expertise. The ideal candidate should possess strong business process knowledge in SAP FICO, hands‑on experience with S/4

HANA implementations and global rollouts, and experience with FACM (Financial Accounting Cash Management). The candidate will lead end‑to‑end finance transformation initiatives and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

They are looking for a strong Banking transactional DMEE (techno functional) expertise who can handle the payment format changes according to ISO 20022 compliance with end to end process knowledge on this area and also FSCM with full fledged implementation knowledge to analyze on the global implementation/rollout strategy.

Given the complexity of the program and the importance of ISO 20022 compliance and FSCM transformation initiatives, we require a seasoned consultant who can quickly assess the current landscape, provide strategic guidance, and drive successful execution of the global rollout.

This role requires a consultant who can operate independently, engage confidently with client stakeholders, and deliver both solution design and implementation support from a techno-functional perspective

Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.

Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP FICO solutions in S/4

HANA environments.

Conduct fit-gap analysis, workshops, and solution design sessions.

Manage integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules

Required

Skills & Experience:

9+ years of hands‑on SAP FICO consulting experience.

Hands‑on experience with FACM (Financial Accounting Cash Management).

Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO business processes.

Proven experience in multiple SAP S/4

HANA Implementations and Rollouts.

Strong understanding of finance integration with other SAP modules.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP S/4

HANA Finance Certification.

Experience working in global rollout programs.

Exposure to Central Finance, Treasury, and FSCM is an added advantage.

Must Have:

SAP FICO Lead experience with end‑to‑end S/4

HANA Implementation and Rollout projects, strong business process expertise, and FACM/Cash Management experience.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $56.86/hour - $88.85/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
