Wurzak Hotel Group is seeking a Complex Chief Engineer to oversee two premier properties – the Sheraton and Element Valley Forge. This is more than a maintenance job – it’s a leadership opportunity to own the entire engineering operation across two distinctive brands, while working alongside a dynamic team that values precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Leading and executing all maintenance operations across both hotels – including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems
• Managing and mentoring an engineering team while promoting a strong safety‑first, service‑focused culture
• Conducting regular preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure brand standards and compliance with all codes and regulations
• Quickly and professionally responding to service requests, emergencies, and guest concerns
• Reviewing, approving, and managing parts, tools, and purchase orders to stay ahead of maintenance needs
• Collaborating with hotel leadership to plan and prioritize long‑term facility upgrades and capital improvements
• Maintaining detailed logs and documentation of maintenance activity
• Ensuring a spotless and efficient operation that guests don’t even notice – because everything just works

• High school diploma or GED required; formal training in building maintenance or trades preferred
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in hotel or commercial facility maintenance
• Hospitality experience is a must – you understand how your work supports the guest experience
• Proven leadership experience in team management or departmental oversight
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical controls, plumbing, and preventative maintenance programs
• HVAC and EPA Recovery Certifications are a big plus
• Someone flexible, solutions‑oriented, and calm under pressure – this is a 24/7 operation
