We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to hire a Finance Manager for a highly visible, people-focused leadership role within the Finance organization.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 individuals
• Own hiring, performance management, coaching, and team accountability

• Operate at the intersection of Finance, FP&A, and commercial strategy
