Facilities Cleaning Supervisor We are seeking a motivated and responsible Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead staff, oversee operations, and ensure high standards across our facilities.

• Supervise and support employees across multiple facilities and departments
• Onboard and train cleaning staff to ensure proper procedures and standards
• Monitor daily operations, workflows, and staff performance
• Conduct inspections of facilities and present findings to management
• Assist in scheduling: replace absent employees or arrange coverage as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with services
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Mentor and support staff as needed
• Report to management with updates and recommendations

• PATCH (PA Criminal Background Check)
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance
• Child Abuse Clearance
• Current TB Test
• Current Flu Shot
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and employees; a true people person
• Ability to work flexible hours and rotate between locations
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities
• Bilingual is a big plus
